Bio:
Shunrong received his B.Eng. with First Class Honor and M.Sc degrees from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong S.A.R., China. He worked on optical performance monitoring (OPM) for the next generation long-haul optical communication systems. He is the author and coauthor of multiple jounral and conference papers. Shunrong is now pursuing Ph.D. degree in Stanford University, CA. His current research interests include digital signanl processing, next generation long-haul and access networks on both channel and networking levels.
